将预估 DSE 等级代入，自动划分冲刺 / 稳妥 / 保底三档志愿。

测算逻辑

1. 取 Best 5（或专业指定核心科目）换算标准计分
2. 对照 录取标准库 中各专业近年 cut-off
3. 按分差划分：
   • 冲刺档：预估分 ≤ cut-off + 2 分
   • 稳妥档：cut-off − 2 ≤ 预估分 ≤ cut-off + 2
   • 保底档：预估分 ≥ cut-off + 3 分
